I started on the factory floor. Before becoming a consultant. That experience taught me something most consultants never learn: technology doesn't transform factories. People do. And you can't lead a transformation program from a PowerPoint slide.
Over the past decade I've delivered MES/MOM solutions across 30+ plants in automotive, food & beverage, pharma, and packaging, working with companies across the world.
I've shaped digital portfolios worth €10–15M and helped organizations that were stuck finally move.
I founded Industry Disruptors Lab because the market needed someone willing to say uncomfortable truths, about why programs fail, which platforms actually work, and what it really takes to transform a manufacturing operation.
